William Whittaker

William V. Whittaker, 89, of Frederick and formerly of Pennsburg, died February 12, 2018. Born in Tacony, he was a son of the late Horace R. and Mary (Weir) Whittaker. He worked for many years for Urwiler & Walter in Sumneytown. Bill was a longtime member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ where he served on the Visitation Team. He was also a volunteer driver for the Meals On Wheels Program and a Grand View Hospital Volunteer. He is survived by his siblings Henry and his wife Geraldine, Jayne Tomlin, and Millie Halket; and nieces and nephews. All are invited to a viewing from 6 – 7 PM on Thursday and from 10:30 AM to the service at 11 AM on Friday at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
