William Schierer

William D. Schierer, 60, of Boyertown, passed away April 9, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Robin A (Strock) Schierer. Born in Pottstown ,he was a son of the late David J. and MaryJane(Lockwood) Schierer. Bill had a stand at Zern’s for many years selling novelties and fireworks. He also sold the same at Nascar races around the East Coast. Surviving with his wife, are children William Jr., and his wife, Liza, of Newport News, VA; and Melissa Schierer, of Gilbertsville; sisters: Ida May and Mary Ellen; and 4 grandchildren: William, Lucas, James, and Mackenzie; nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2PM on Wednesday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 12:30-2 PM.
