William G. Kesack, Sr., of Bethlehem, died on August 27, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Margaret (Kropf) Kesack. They celebrated 66 years of marriage in November. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Metro and Anna (Blahut) Kesack. Bill served his country honorably in the US Army during WW II. He worked for the US Postal Service in Bethlehem for 33 years before retiring in 1980. He was also an accomplished accordion and keyboard player, having had his own orchestra called the Bill Gene Trio. He then played with the Joe Sharkazy Orchestra for many years and also with many other local groups. He was also an avid golfer and bowler. Survivors: Wife; sons, William Jr. (Paula) of Catasauqua, Daniel (Debbie) of Florida, Gary (Deborah) of South Carolina, and Dennis (Gloria) of Bethlehem; daughters, Denise wife of Roger “Sam” Uhler of Bethlehem, and Nancy Kesack and her companion Robert Steckel of Effort, PA; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Eleanor wife of Dr. Martin Misenhimer and Marie Kaplan both of Allentown; and Jo Trusheim of Warren, NJ. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Daniel and a sister, Geraldine. Services: 11 a.m., Wednesday, Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main St., Hellertown.
