William Althouse

William Althouse, 76, of Red Hill, passed away on February 20, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Sonia (Moyer) Althouse. Born in Telford, he was a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Dillon) Althouse. After serving his country honorably in the Korean War, he worked as an upholsterer for Knoll Furniture in East Greenville for over 20 years. He retired from Merck & Co., in 1995. He was a member of the VFW in Red Hill and was an avid golfer and fisherman. Surviving with his wife is a daughter, Debbie of Red Hill and a brother Jack of Bethlehem. He was pre-deceased by a son Kurt in 2003. A memorial services will be 11 a.m. on Friday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street. Call at the funeral home from 10 - 11 a.m. Interment will follow the services in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Red Hill.
