Willard Raymond Stoudt

February 3, 1932 — January 23, 2025

Willard Raymond Stoudt ,92, of East Greenville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January

23, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Deborah (Metz) Stoudt. He was born in Emmaus and

raised in Palm. He was a son of the late Cyril and Dorothy (Spaar) Stoudt. Willard was a 1949

graduate of East Greenville High School. He served his country honorable as an Air Policeman for

the Air Force during the Korean War being honorably discharged at the grade of Staff Sergeant.

Upon returning home, Willard began a long career as a custom cabinet builder. From 1954 until

1968, he was employed at the former Palm Cabinet Works. From 1968 until 1975, he was

employed at Knoll International in East Greenville. He started building cabinets in his home

basement with a display at Joe Kelsch’s Store in Palm, calling the business, Cabinet’s by Willard. He

moved his shop to Station Road and started exclusively building cabinets for the Walker Organ

Company (Walker Tech of Palm) for 25 years. He worked well into his 70’s.

Willard was very active in his community. He was a life member of the Upper Perk Lions Club

from which he was granted a Melvin Jones Fellowship Award. He was a member of the American

Legion, Post #184 in Palm. Willard was an avid baseball player and enthusiast. He played twilight

league baseball then Industrial League into his mid-thirties. He was a lifelong Phillies fan and

an avid golfer.

Surviving with his wife is a daughter, Jennifer Lynn, wife of Joseph Motto; and a grandson, Alex

Motto, and his fiancée, Brooke Zappo, all of East Greenville; sisters: Roselyn, wife of Robert

Parry, of Old Zionsville, and Sylvia Bauer, of Belair, Maryland; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Richard.

Friends may gather from 10-11 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Falk Funeral Homes &

Crematory, 163 Main Street Pennsburg, with a service to follow at 11:00 am. He will be laid to

rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg during a private service at a later date.
