Veronica E. Predmore

Veronica E. (Grabczewski) Predmore, 78, of Jim Thorpe, passed away on August 7, 2020 at Manor Care in Bethlehem, PA. Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Stella (Atamborski) Grabczewski. Veronica was a homemaker and a volunteer hospital dietary aide. In her spare time, Veronica enjoyed canning and baking and made a plethora of incredibly delicious treats. She also loved utilizing her knack for crafting to create beautiful gifts, all of which she shared with her family and friends, which they deeply treasure and will fondly remember her by. She was predeceased by her husband, Rodney Alan Predmore in May, her son Alan M. Predmore in 2018, her brothers Edward Piatkowski, Michael Piatkowski and Benjamin Grabczewski and her sisters Lorraine Anderson, Nancy Bauman and Margaret Kalman. Surviving is her son Gregory Predmore, a sister Elizabeth Berardi and her husband James, her grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Veronica will be sorely missed by all who loved her. Due to restrictions arising from covid 19, services will be held at a later date when it is safe to do so.
