Verna Mary McCullough, 92, of Quakertown, and formerly of East Greenville, passed away October 24, 2015. She was the widow of Patrick McCullough. Born in Port Allen, Louisiana, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Eunice (Himel) Lemoine. Surviving are children: Patrick McCullough, and his wife, Pam, of Georgia; Jimmy McCullough, of Hereford; and Theresa Hale, of Pennsburg; siblings: Bobby Lemoine, of Boise, Idaho; Betty Jean Doucette, Rita Estes, Steve Lemoine, and "Slick" Lemoine, all of Port Allen, LA; 9 grandchildren Christina, Michelle, Michael, Debbie, Melachai, Samella, Mikie, Bobby and JR ; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Anne Wheeler; and siblings: Alvin, Roland, Vera, and Ruby. Verna devoted her life to caring for her family. She was affectionately known as Grammy to everyone. She had a great sense of humor and could make anyone smile. To know her was to love her. Services are 10 AM on Wednesday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. All are invited to a viewing from 9-10 AM. Interment will follow the service in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.
