Thomas Vincent Yost

Thomas V. Yost, 63, of Coopersburg, passed away peacefully at his home on June 15, 2024. Born in Allentown, he was son of late Robert M. and Mary-Therese H. (Ferry) Yost. He was the beloved husband of Lynn Marie (Rex) Yost for over 37 years, as well as a loving and devoted father.

He graduated from Southern Lehigh High School in 1978 where he succeeded in Basketball & Baseball, winning multiple awards. He went to Penn State, was trained as a Welder and worked for Sherman Construction Co. in Allentown for several yrs. Tom presently worked at Service Electric Cable TV Inc. as a Lead Shop Foreman Supervisor and was a member of I. B. E. W. Local 1319. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Limeport. He coached Little League Baseball for several yrs. He loved the Phillies & Nascar, a huge fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. He loved the Outdoors and spent his free time at the family Cabin in Port Allegany hunting & fishing. He was a member of the Lower Milford Field and Stream Association and also adored his two cats Bullet & Lucky.

Tom is survived by his wife Lynn M. Yost of Coopersburg ; children Christopher M. R. Yost & his wife Michelle of Blandon ; Ryan T. Yost & his wife Caitlin of Martin's Creek ; two granddaughters Emma & Sophia Yost ; his brother Robert M. Yost lll & his wife Christy of Mandon ND. and his niece Lauren wife of Timothy Keller of Clearfield. A Funeral Service will take place at St. Joseph's Church on Aug. 17th, at 11am.
