Thomas Basso

Thomas A. Basso, 76, of Easton, passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2018. He was born in Easton PA to the late Hannah (Abel) and Angelo Basso. Tommy was of Catholic faith and was a lifetime member of the Maennerchor Club. Tommy enjoyed his camping trips every summer, his backyard garden and watching the hummingbirds visit his feeders. He was an avid Easton Red Rovers and Eagles fan. He is survived by his loving companion Theresa Mathias-Hassan; her sons Craig, Scott and his wife Kaye, and their children Alyssa, Madison, and Michael. Tommy is also survived by his two daughters Brenda Basso and Christine Basso; his grandsons Zachary M. Basso and Christopher J. Eberts; and his great-grandson Desmond W. Basso; his brothers Angelo Jr. and Gus Basso and his brother-in-law James Richmond; as well as countless nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Paul and Jack and his sisters Jean, Rosemarie (Becky), Hannah, Henrietta, Mary and Patricia. Services: There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday November 13th at noon at the Easton Heights Cemetery, 10th St. Falk Funeral Home (Hellertown) is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Tommy.
