Theresa Silvetz

Theresa E. Silvetz, 93, of Hickory Hill Road, Bethlehem, died March 29, 2007 at the VNA Hospice House. She was the widow of Bernard J. Silvetz, who died in 1981. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Elizabeth (Mestrick) Poslan. She worked in the Chemistry Lab at the former Bethlehem Steel Co., Bethlehem during WWII. She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Surviving: Son, Robert Silvetz, of Rome, Italy; 3 grandchildren: John, of New York, NY; Dr. Robert, of San Diego, CA; and Kristina, of Rome, Italy. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Elizabeth. Memorial Mass will be on Saturday at 12:30 P.M. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Bethlehem, followed by burial at Holy Saviour Cemetery Bethlehem.
