Suzanne Carlin

Suzanne H. Carlin, 80, of Frederick Living, Frederick, PA and formerly of Montrose, PA, passed away August 23, 2014. She was the widow of Ernest Carlin. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Ida (Matson) Bell. Before retiring, she was employed at Bendex, in South Montrose; and as a playground aide in the Montrose School District. Suzanne was a member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church, Palm, and Montrose United Methodist Church. Surviving are daughters: Joanne Luz and husband David Luz, of Pennsburg; Peggy Carlin, of Earlville, NY; and Carol Carlin-Woodward, and her husband, David, of Green Lane; grandchildren: Matthew Martin, and his wife, Chaimae Boulayad; Carlin Luz, Melissa Martin, and Nicole Luz; a sister-in-law, Rowena Billow, of Irving, TX; and many nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Arthur Bell Jr. Memorial Services will be at 7 PM on Tuesday, August 26th in the Auditorium of Frederick Living, 2849 Big Road, Frederick. The family will greet from 6-7 PM at Frederick. Private burial will be at Montrose Cemetery, Montrose. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.
