Rose Opp

Rose (Deak) Opp, 95, of Hellertown passed away on Thursday August 29, 2019. She was born on March 11, 1924 in New York City, to The Late James and Rose (Fabo) Deak. Rose loved nothing more than spending time feeding the birds and squirrels. Surviving are grandchildren: Lisa Malone, Robert Gasdaska and Valerie; as well as many great grand-children. She was predeceased by her daughter Illona Riley of Bethlehem; a sister, Erma Rankenbush; and a brother James Deak. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 3rd at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main St. Hellertown. A viewing will be from 9:30-10:00 AM.
