Ronald Joseph Moore

Ronald Joseph Moore, 64, of Hellertown, passed away September 13, 2022, at home. Born in Clarksville, TN, he was a son of Martha Rancke, of Hellertown and the late John William Moore. Ronnie was a graduate of Wilson High, graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Art and Photography, and worked for the DCNR as grounds and canal keeper. He was an avid photographer and painter. In 1996, he and Dwayne (Eddie) hiked the Appalachian Trail starting in Georgia and ended in Virginia. However, they did hike the entire trail.

Surviving with his mother, is a son, Dwight Young; and siblings: Dwyane Moore, Mary Peeke, Christine Miller, Laura Saenz, Timothy Moore, Jennifer White, Carol George, and Johnna Troxell.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 11 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown. Friends may call from 10 AM until services.
