Robin Rover

Robin Jude Rover, 56, of Bethlehem, PA passed away peacefully on January 29, 2015. Born in Astoria Queens, NY, and raised in Maplewood, NJ. He was the oldest child of George and Cecelia (Weber) Rover, of Demarest NJ. He loved Sedona, Arizona where he lived before moving to Bethlehem to be near his family. Robin was such a wonderful, good hearted person and we are all deeply saddened by the loss of a life cut too short. Those who were fortunate to have known him were grateful for his warm and giving heart that brought so much joy to all of us. Throughout his illness he gave us all such strength, hope and courage and reminded us of the preciousness of life. He was an avid reader, a lively conversationalist, and enjoyed art, antiques, architecture and history. In essence, he was best described as a Renaissance Man. Most of all, we will remember how much his family meant to him. He was one of a kind whom we will truly hold dear to our hearts always. Surviving are his parents, siblings: George Rover, of Sea Girt, NJ; Donna Ruggiero, of Easton, PA; and Roy Rover, and his wife, Julia, of Bethlehem, PA; nieces: Emma & Madison; and nephews: Lucas & Tyler whom he adored. Memorial will be Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:30 at the Trinity Episcopal Church, Bethlehem 44 East Market Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
