Robert Rothrock

Robert J. Rothrock, 73, of Barto, died April 6, 2011. He was the husband of Ruth (Hagenbuch) Rothrock. They were married 51 years last August. Born in Longswamp Twp, Berks County, he was a son of the late Herbert and Sadie (Stout) Rothrock. He served in the Marine Corps. He was employed at the Boyertown Foundry for over 40 years before retiring. He was a member of the Pennsburg Fire Company. Surviving with his wife, are children: Dale Rothrock, and his wife, Karen, of Bechtelsville; and Deborah, wife of Harry Diehl, of Jim Thorpe; sisters: Anna DeLong, of Topton; and Caroline DeLong, of Trexlertown; and 2 grandchildren: Eric and Matthew Rothrock. He was pre-deceased by brothers: Herbert, Edwin, and Donald. Services: 11 AM on Monday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.
