Robert John Mantoni

Robert J. Mantoni, 46, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 8, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (Mateff) Mantoni. Born in Phillipsburg, he was a son of C. Robert and Julianna Mantoni of Phillipsburg. He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High and served in the Marine Corps. He was an electrician for the Phillipsburg School District from 1994 until his recent illness. Robert was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, Hellertown, the Hellertown American Legion and the Marine Corps League, Easton.

Survivors: wife; parents; daughters, Anastacia, and Sara; and son Jacob; brothers, William and his wife Lisa of Phillipsburg, and Richard and his wife Kristy of Palmer Twp; and nieces and nephews.

Services: Funeral mass, 10 a.m., Monday, St. Theresa Catholic Church. Call Sunday from 6 – 9 p.m. and Monday from 8:30 – 9: 30 a.m. at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main St, Hellertown.
