Richard Allen "Dick" Schwenk

Richard Allen “Dick” Schwenk, 84, of Oley, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 8th, 2025. Born and raised in Red Hill, he was the son of the late Clarence and Dorothy (Trump) Schwenk. He was the beloved husband of Kelly (Leitgeb) Schwenk. They celebrated 40 years of marriage last September. Richard worked as a forklift operator for Knoll in East Greenville for over 20 years until retiring in 2003. He was a member of the Gabelsville Athletic Association and was a proud member of the NRA.

Along with his wife, Richard is survived by his children, Leonard "Chuck" Schwenk and his wife, Karen of Whitehall, Denise Schwenk, and Nicole Schwenk of Oley. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Michelle Schwenk, Ashley Stein, Katelyn Seip, Tyler Schwenk, Alexis Seip, Isabella Schwenk-Seip, Riley Schwenk, and Juliette Schwenk, and his great grandchildren: Elena Stringfellow, and Bradley Moyer; and his siblings: Galen and Larry Schwenk. He was predeceased by his grandson, Justin; and his siblings: Pauline, Carl, Homer, Kay, Edward, and Robert.
