Richard T. Dugan, 78, of Bethlehem, passed away on August 17, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy (Durn) Dugan. Born in Coaldale, he was a son of the late James and Pauline (Ashner) Dugan. Survivors: Wife; Son Thomas and his wife Darlene; Daughters: Diane, wife of Gary Kirkpatrick, and Karen, wife of William Troxell; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother Robert. Services: 6 PM, Thursday, Woodstone Country Club, 3777 Dogwood Rd, Danielsville, PA 18038.
