Richard Laverne Conrad

Richard L. “Dick” Conrad, 87, of East Greenville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. He was the husband of the late Shirley (Schantz) Conrad who passed away in 1996. Born in Corning, he was the son of the late David and Lillian (Showalter) Conrad. He was a 1955 graduate of Upper Perk High, and he spent his whole career working at Red Hill Grinding Wheel in Pennsburg retiring in 2017 at the age of 80. Dick was a lifelong member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pennsburg.

Dick is survived by his sons, Kevin (Delby Endy), of Emmaus and David (Chrissy Ruth), of Palm; his grandchildren: Adam Conrad (Aleshia Brobst) and Daniele Schantz (Nathan); and his great grandchildren: Aubrey, Adalynn, Aliviyah, and Mary.

All are invited to gather from 10 – 11 am on Saturday, March 16th at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg with a celebration of his life at 11 am.
