Pearl Leister

August 19, 1940 — March 15, 2009

Pearl J. Leister, 68, of Geryville Pike, Pennsburg, died March 15, 2009 at home. Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Forrest and Verna (Wolf) Leister. Her last employment was at Allen Organ, Macungie. Prior to that, she was an assembler for the former Keystone Transformer, Pennsburg for over 20 years. Pearl was of the Lutheran faith. She was a member and volunteer for the Red Hill Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, and was a member of the Upper Perkiomen Golden Agers. She is survived by a sister, Dorothy, wife of Ralph Hunsberger, of Green Lane; and brothers: Kenneth, and his wife, Jean, of East Greenville; and Wilford of Pennsburg; and nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Betty Boehm. Services: Will be at 10 AM on Thursday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 9-10 AM.
