Pauline Minton

Pauline Minton, 85, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, died November 6, in Concord, NH. Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Eva (Snyder) Ehst. She was a professional model in her youth and a yoga instructor for over 20 years. In 1994 she was Ms. Senior Florida. Survivors: sons Andrew and David; daughter Pamela; and daughter in law Faith.
