Patti Krammes

Patti D. Krammes, 54, of East Greenville, died February 4, 2008. She was the wife of David J. Krammes, to whom she was married for 36 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who took her greatest pleasure from her family being near her. She was loved by all who knew her. Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of Margaret K. (Erdman) Weist, of Wernersville, and the late Miles E. Weist. She was employed as the Admissions Director at Pennsburg Manor, Genesis Healthcare, where she touched the lives of countless people in the greater Upper Perkiomen area. Patti was an avid birding enthusiast and enjoyed many travel experiences to catch a glimpse of her favorite birds. She was a member of the Lehigh Gap Nature Center, the Audubon Society, and the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. Surviving with her husband and mother, are 2 daughters, Kelly, wife of Timothy Rea, of Quakertown; and Jessica, wife of Nicholas DiFerdinando, of Downingtown; a sister, Brenda, wife of the Rev. Larry Carl, of West Lawn; a brother, Jeffrey Weist, and his wife, Andrea, of Reading; and 4 grandchildren: Alecsander, Connor, Alayna, and Liam Rea, all of Quakertown. Memorial Services will be on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 11 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Red Hill. Visitation to follow services.
