Patricia Strain

Patricia A. Strain, 73, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2014. A life long resident of Hellertown, she was a daughter of Grace Thomas Benzak of Hellertown and the late Emil Benzak. She was a very active member and volunteer of First United Church of Christ, Hellertown. Survivors: Daughters, Belinda Strain of Vienna, VA, Susan Schwentner, of Jim Thorpe, and Patrice Troman, of Hellertown; 5 grandchildren: Keith, Charles, Sophia, Alexis, and Nicholas; and a brother, William Benzak. Along with her father, she was predeceased by a brother Emil, and a sister Peggy. Services: A memorial service will be held at 4 P.M. on Sunday, at First United Church of Christ, 501 Northampton Street, Hellertown, PA 18055. Contributions: may be made in her memory to the church.
