Patricia M. Horn

Patricia M. Horn, 89, of Boyertown passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Leroy Miller Jr., and then Robert Horn. Born in North Wales, she was the daughter of the late Joseph W. and Elma Florence (Burke) Mitchell. She worked first as an assistant on a school bus for physically challenged students and then for Allen Organ in the small parts department until she retired.

Pat loved her shore house that she shared with family and friends. She often ran down from the beach to get her fishing pole when the blue fish came in close to the surf. She also liked cross country skiing, bowling, and hot air ballooning. She tried parasailing in the Bahamas.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Hofmann, and her husband David of Boyertown, her sons: Thomas Miller and his wife Joanne of Pennsburg, and Gary Miller and his wife Margaret of Green Lane, Elizabeth, wife of Donald Wimmer of Palm, Pa, Theresa Bidlow of Macungie, and Robert Horn Jr. and his wife Donna of Zionsville, and Carol McHugh and her husband James of Fleetwood, her grandchildren: David Jr., Brenda, Daniel, Matthew, Alicia, Derik, Donielle, Robert, Tonya, Leah, Samantha, Megan, Keith, and Adam; her great grandchildren: Samuel, Kelly, Ella, Declan, Delaney, Dillon, Jackson, Harrison, Bradley, Joselyn, Nadia, David, Braylan, Addison, Owen, Bryce, Jacob, Caroline and Adam ; her sisters, Stella Viola of Barto, and Kathleen Karp and her husband Albert of Perkasie. Along with her husbands, she was predeceased by her daughter, Cindy Laub, and a grandson, Thomas C. Miller who died in 2017, and her brother, Edward Mitchell.

All are invited to gather from 10 – 11 am with a Memorial Service at 11 am on Thursday, September 21, at Old Zionsville United Church of Christ, 5981 Fountain Rd., Old Zionsville, PA 18068.

Because Pat loved life, we are going to invite you to wear lots of color to the funeral to celebrate her love of life.
