Muriel Ballew

Muriel Diane Ballew, 58, of Hatfield died peacefully with her family by her side. She was the daughter to the late Oscar E. Ballew and Muriel L. (Wright) Ballew-Benner. Muriel was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Red Hill, an Emblem Bearer in the Perkiomen Chapter #318 Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the Dorothy Lim Memorial Court #110 of the Amaranth, Stroudsburg. Muriel is survived by her brothers: Herbert K. Ballew of Quakertown, PA, Oscar A. Ballew of Surprise, AZ, and Allen D. Ballew of Fairbanks, AK; and her sister-in-law Carol of Bethlehem, PA; and many nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Lewis Ballew. All are invited to a viewing from 7:30 to 8:30 PM on Thursday and 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday with a Celebration of her life at 12:30 PM at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg. She will be interred with her mother in St. Paul’s Church Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Improvement Fund.
