Millard Renninger

Millard J. Renninger, 90, of Pennsburg, died Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown. He was the husband of Betty Mae (Snyder) Renninger. They celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary this past July. Born in Pennsburg, he was the only child of the late Clarence and Verna (Jones) Renninger. Mr. Renninger was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ. He attended the former East Greenville High School and also served four years in the U.S. Army during WWII. He played trombone in the East Greenville, Macungie and Red Hill Bands. He was also a member of the East Greenville, Pennsburg and Red Hill Fire Companies as well as the American Legion Post 184. He is survived by his wife; son, Robin and his wife Sandra, of Maple Shade, NJ; grandchildren, Kimberly wife of Edward Critchfield, Tamera wife of Mack Yaun, and Jodi wife of Doug Raines; and great grandchildren, Maya, Chase and Oscar. Services will be held on Saturday, December 22 at 11:00 AM at Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Calling hours will be Friday evening from 6-8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM until services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the New Goshenhoppen UCC, 1070 Church Road, East Greenville, PA 18041.
