Mary Gombocz

Mary Gombocz, 97, of Ellen St., Hellertown, died March 5, 2010. She was the wife of the late Joseph Gombocz who died in 2008. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Gizella and Alexander Toth III. She was also preceded in death by brothers Alexander Jr., and William. She was a sales clerk for the former Hellertown Bakery, working at the Quakertown Sale. Following that, she worked for the former Groman’s Bakery in Allentown in the same capacity. She was a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran “Apples Church” in Leithsville. Survivors: a son William and his wife Susan of Beaufort, SC; a grandson James; and a sister in law, Erna Toth of Bethlehem. Services: Friday, 11 a.m., Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown.
