Mary Gaydos

Mary C. Gaydos, 87, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Gaydos Sr. Born in New York, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Caroline (Kahak) Hochfelder. Mary was a lifetime member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown. Early in life, she worked as a waitress at the former Plaza Hotel. She was a wonderful mother and a great cook. Survivors: a son, Michael T. Gaydos Jr, and his wife Roberta,. of New Tripoli; a grandson, Michael Gaydos III of Houston, TX; and a brother, Theodore Hochfelder, of Bethlehem. Services: At her request, services were held privately in Hellertown Union Cemetery. Her arrangements were entrusted to the Falk Funeral Home, Hellertown.
