Martha Johanna Diehl (Gerloff)

Martha J. Diehl, 97, formerly of Coopersburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. Born in Coopersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Mamie (German) Gerloff. She was born on the family farm and worked on the farm in her youth. Later in life, she worked in housekeeping for the Lifequest Nursing Home in Quakertown. She was a former member of St. Paul’s Lutheran “Blue” Church.

Martha is survived by her son Lamar Diehl and his wife, Yvonne of Kutztown, and her daughter, Maryan Stanley. She is also survived by her grandchildren: David, Lee, and Luke, and a step-grandson, Jack; and great grandchildren: Brianna, Josh, Dominic, Kira, Madeline, and Colton. She was predeceased by her siblings: Paul, Frederick, Walter, and Alta.

All are invited to gather for a graveside service on Saturday, October 26th at 11 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran “Blue Church Cemetery, 5305 Blue Church Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036.
