Mark Edward Sames

Mark E. Sames, 42, of Lansdale, passed away on March 31, 2021. Born in Sellersville, he was the son of Gail M. (Stackhouse) Sames and the late Christopher A. Sames. He graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School in 1997. Mark proudly served as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the United States Army where some of his time was served overseas. Upon his separation from the military, he worked in construction as a contractor and as a residential and industrial insurance inspector. He was a skilled carpenter; some of his work was used in advertisement publications. Along with his mother Gail of Lansdale, he is survived by his two brothers and their families: Richard, wife Lisa, and sons Alexander and Nikolaus (Kent) of East Greenville. Kevin, wife Jeanine, and daughter Alexis of Coplay. In his spare time, he enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing. He loved doing remodeling projects and spending time with his family - he was quite the storyteller and loved to laugh. Mark also loved animals, raising his beloved cat Marley from kitten. Mark will live forever in our hearts and his kindness and spirit will never be forgotten.
