Marion Sutter

Marion C. Sutter, 90, formerly of Ambler, died June 29, 2012 in Hellertown, PA. She had also resided in Jensen Beach, Florida and Dayton, Ohio. She was the widow of Lewis F. Sutter, who died in 1993. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline (Garttner) Obenchain. Before retiring, she taught first grade at Spring House Elementary School in the Wissahickon School District. Marion was a world traveler. She was also a proud member of the sisterhood of Alpha Delta Pi. Surviving are four daughters: Carol Courtney of Negril, Jamaica, Dr. Diane Lucas of Evergreen, CO, Nancy Sutter of Las Vegas, NV, and Jennifer Wilson of Coopersburg, PA; a sister, Virginia, wife of Gordon Sanders, of West Covina, CA; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and her companion of many years, Ralph Wulf of Dayton, OH. A memorial service will be held Friday, at 6pm at Springfield Mennonite Church, 1905 Pleasant View Rd., Coopersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace on Wings, P.O.
