Marilyn June Stong (Boice)

September 16, 1948 — August 12, 2024

Marilyn June (Boice) Stong, 75, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12th, 2024 at her residence in Skippack. Born in Plymouth Meeting, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Anna (Steinmetz) Boice. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who spent many years employed as a CNA at Meadowood Retirement Community enriching the lives and providing comfort for those in her care.

She is survived by Dennis Stong, her four children: Tammy Stong and her husband, Sean Hannes of Telford, Michael Stong and his wife, Stephanie, of Florida, Steven Stong and his wife, Angela of Limerick, and Jonathan Stong and his wife, Jacqueline of Stowe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Ryan, Paiyton, Rachel, Rowen, Nevin, Landon, and Colton; along with her four siblings: George Boice III, Carol Lynch, Kenneth Boice, and Gloria Morasco.

All are invited to gather with her family at 10:00 am on Friday, August 23rd with a Celebration of her Life at 11 am, in the Heritage Chapel at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Ave, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. She will be laid to rest with her family in the Cemetery immediately following the service in the chapel.
