Marian Nevel

Marian Nevel, 86, of Beavertown, passed away March 13, 2018. She was th widow of Frederick D. Nevel. Born in Weston, PA, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Ray and Mary Ann (Reitmeyer) Nause. Marian was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Hellertown. Earlier in life, she was a sewing machine operator. Surviving are sons: Gary Nevel, and his wife, Kathy of Selinsgrove; and Dennis Nevel, and his wife, Susan, of Easton; grandchildren: Tiffany Porter, of Huntersville, NC; Chad Nevel of Alburtis; and Eric & Megan Nevel both of Easton; great-grandchildren: Addison E. Porter, Austin M. Nevel, Emma R. Nevel, Grayson L. Porter, and Ella B. Nevel. She was pre-deceased by sisters: Bernice, Enice and Priscilla. A Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown. Viewings will be on Monday from 6:30-8PM and Tuesday from 9-10 AM at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
