Marian Nevel

Marian Nevel, 86, of Beavertown, passed away March 13, 2018. She was the widow of Frederick D. Nevel. Born in Weston, PA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Ray and Mary Ann (Reitmeyer) Nause. 

Marian was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Hellertown. Earlier in life, she was a sewing machine operator. 

Surviving are sons: Gary Nevel, and his wife, Kathy of Selinsgrove; and Dennis Nevel, and his wife, Susan, of Easton; grandchildren: Tiffany Porter, of Huntersville, NC; Chad Nevel of Alburtis; and Eric & Megan Nevel both of Easton; great-grandchildren: Addison E. Porter, Austin M. Nevel, Emma R. Nevel, Grayson L. Porter, and Ella B. Nevel. She was pre-deceased by sisters: Bernice, Enice and Priscilla. 

A Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown. Viewings will be on Monday from 6:30-8PM and Tuesday from 9-10 AM at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
