Maria E. Beauchamp Rodriguez

Maria E. “Elsie” Beauchamp Rodriguez, 78, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2022. Born in Ciales, Puerto Rico on February 27, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Maria C. “Mary” Rodriguez Rivera and Luis G. “Wincho” Beauchamp Garau. Elsie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras.

Elsie is survived by her three children: daughter Elsa Cristina Gutierrez; son Francisco J. “Paco” Gutierrez, Jr. and his wife Marie; daughter Isabel Teresa Gutierrez-Bergman, her husband Joel and their daughter Avah “Cherry” Bergman. She is also survived by five of her siblings: Luis (Diana) Beauchamp, Jaime Beauchamp, Enid Beauchamp, Hattie Beauchamp, and Javier (Vanessa) Beauchamp as well as her nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family members. Along with her parents and her brother Gabriel “Gusti” Beauchamp, Elsie was predeceased by her loving husband, Francisco J. “Paco” Gutierrez.
