Margaret Gaul

Margaret D. Gaul, 87, of Macungie, and formerly of Hellertown, died September 15, 2012. She was the widow of William F. Gaul Sr., who died in 2004. Born May 5, 1925 in Lower Saucon Township, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Secho) Kozul. She was a seamstress for various factories in the Lehigh Valley and a member of the Garment Workers Union. Margaret attended St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown, and was a member of the Alter & Rosary Society at the former St. John Capistrano Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She served as a Democratic Committee woman in Bethlehem for many years. Surviving is a son, William, Jr., and his wife, Diane, of Houston, TX; a daughter, Diane, wife of Thomas Brinker, of South Whitehall Twp.; a Brother, Peter Kozul, and his wife, Betty, of Steel City; and granddaughters: Erica, wife of Christopher Santo & Kacie. Services: A Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Wednesday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Avenue, Allentown. A viewing will be from 9-10 AM Wed. at the church.
