Lester A. Maurer

Lester A. Maurer Jr., 87, of Allentown, PA, peacefully passed away Thursday, January 7th, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital with loving family at his side. He was born in Allentown, PA. and was the son of the late Lester A. and Clara E. (Schutt) Maurer. Les worked as a salesman and as a security site supervisor for Wells Fargo Guard Services. He was an avid treasure hunter who also enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren and going to the casino. Survivors: 2 daughters: Linda, wife of Reg Muckey of Macungie, PA, and Diane Barnes, fiancé of Carl Riegger of Allentown, PA; son: Gary, husband of Diane of Denver, PA; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; brother: Dennis, husband of Phyllis (Dale) of Marana, Arizona; and sister: Patricia, wife of Mel Miller of Catasauqua, PA.
