Kenneth Earl Mohr

Kenneth E. Mohr Jr, 85, of East Greenville, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. He was the husband of Diane K. (Grill) Mohr. The couple shared 65 years of marriage. Born in Upper Milford Twp., he was a son of the late Kenneth E. Mohr Sr and Ruth (Hallman) Mohr. Kenneth was a 1954 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. In his lifetime, he owned and operated Mohr’s Arco, Valley Cab, Mohr’s Auto Rental, and Mohr’s Store. Kenneth was a lifetime member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. He was active in Scouting and the Jaycees. He enjoyed working on cars, from the age of 13 until his health made him stop at the age of 83. Besides work, Kenneth loved his family, his dog-Willow, and oil painting. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, especially their fishing trips to Canada with special friends. Surviving with his wife, are children: Scott, and his wife Julie, Jill, wife of Gary Haldeman, Shelly, wife of Jerry Groff, and Lisa, wife of Marc Fulmer; 6 grandchildren: Brent, Lindsay, Kristen, Rachael, Heather, and Mara; 4 step-grandchildren: Jerry Jr., Jacky, Marc II, and Jessica; 9 great-grandchildren: Grace, Mason, Stella, Drew, Abigail, Travis, Dominick, Ethan, and Mia; 5 step-great-grandchildren: Trystan, Jerry, Vaughn, Sophie, and Valerie; and a brother: Thomas W. Mohr. He was pre-deceased by his sister, Joyce (Mohr) Pursley and a nephew, Steven Pursley. A viewing will be from 5-8 PM on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Friends may also call from 10-11 AM on Friday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main Street, Pennsburg. A service will follow at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the church.
