Katie Engle

Katie Marie (Angstadt) Engle, 94, formerly of East Greenville, died April 18, 2010 at Pennsburg Manor. She was the widow of Ralph W. Engle. Born in Rockland Twp., she was a daughter of the late John and Nora (Syler) Angstadt. She worked in the Deli Dept. of the former B&H Grocery Market in the 1960’s and 70’s. She was a member of New Goshenhoppen UCC, East Greenville. Surviving are 3 sons: Allan R. Engle, and his wife, Carol, of Boonton Twp., NJ; Ronald L. Engle, and his wife, Diane, of Pennsburg; and Russell E. Engle, of Florida; a daughter: Karen E., wife of Michael Russo, of Pennsburg; 8 grandchildren: Barbara, Patti, Elizabeth, Deborah, Eric, Evan, Jamie, and Nathan; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services: will be at 11 AM on Friday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 10-11 AM on Friday at the funeral home.
