Kathy Louise Kell

Kathy Louise Kell, 69, of Allentown and formerly of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully with her brother by her side on March 6, 2021. She was the wife of the late Lance Kell who died in 2016. Born in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Myra C. (Knight) and Robert C. Deppen Sr. She was an administrative assistant for the City of Harrisburg. Kathy is survived by her brother, Stephen, and his wife Jodi Cox of Quakertown; her sister-in-law, Jeanmarie Farrer of Massachusetts; and her best friend, Cheryl Bumgardner of New Cumberland, PA. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Deppen Jr. in 2018. A Family Celebration of her Life will be planned for this Spring or Summer.
