Kathryn Reers

Kathryn M. Reers, 65, of Perkiomenville, died Sunday, May 4, 2008 at St. Luke’s-Quakertown Hospital after a short illness. She was a daughter of the late Quilmer and Katie (Nace) Christman. Mrs. Reers owned and operated Perkiomen Repair with her husband before retiring in 2003. Prior to that she worked for 19 years in the Shipping Department of Knoll International in East Greenville. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg. Surviving are daughters, Lisa, wife of Bob Swartley, of Julian, PA, and Michelle, wife of Brad Hunter, of Perkiomenville; sister, Patsy Santora of Boyertown; brothers Melvin and Claude Christman both of Red Hill; and grandchildren, Jimmy, Molina, and Jake. Mass will be Friday, May 9, at 11:00 AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg. Viewing from 9-10:30 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.
