Katherine Reiss

Katherine T. Reiss, 79, of Saylorsburg, passed away peacefully at Palmerton Hospital on July 9, 2014. She was the beloved wife of William T. Reiss. They celebrated 40 years of marriage last August. Born in Hellertown, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Katherine (Sandt) Gross. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Gilbert. Survivors: husband; children: Robert Wolfe of Hellertown, Katherine Wolfe of Bethlehem, Janet Wolfe of Easton, Edward Wolfe of Lower Saucon Township and Joseph Frank of Fort Smith, AR; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. She was predeceased by a grandson, David Widrig. Services: 10AM on Friday at the Mausoleum of Bethlehem Memorial Park, 1851 Linden St., Bethlehem.
