Karen Cambiotti

Karen L. Cambiotti, 59, of Stroudsburg passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 10, 2017. Karen was the beloved wife of Henry Cambiotti. Born in Ft. Hill, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Katherine Yvonne (Lambert) Hettenbach. Karen was a self-employed hair dresser for over 30 years in Stroudsburg. Karen was an avid and accomplished chef and baker and won the Pocono Cooking Contest twice. She also authored many recipes and was published in many cooking magazines. Surviving, in additon to her husband, are son, Nicholas of Brooklyn, N.Y.; siblings, Kathleen, wife of Steve, of Tucson, AZ, Charles Hettenbach and his wife, Melissa, of Saylorsburg, and Scott Hettenbach and his wife, Laura, of Bangor. At Karen's request, services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Karen's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
