June R. Custer, 79, of East Greenville, passed away on October 30, 2010. She was the beloved wife of Hugh “General” Custer. They celebrated 47 years of marriage in March. She was a 1949 graduate of East Greenville High and worked most of her life in the family dry-cleaning business. Following the sale of the dry-cleaning business, she worked in the former Kuhn’s Pharmacy in East Greenville. She was a lifetime member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. Survivors: husband; brother, Ernest of East Greenville; sister, Mary Fox, of Quakertown; and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by brothers, Paul, Clarence, Robert, and Alton; and a sister, Harriot “Viola”. Services: Visitation from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, Thursday, Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main St, Pennsburg, followed by services at 11:00 AM at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 81 Main St., Pennsburg.
