Joyce Drake

Joyce L. Drake, 77, of Harmony Twp., NJ passed away on May 19, 2010 in Country Meadows Nursing Center, Bethlehem Twp., PA. Born July 10, 1932 in East Pennsboro Twp, PA, she was a daughter of the late George E. and Helen M. Schutt. She was a graduate of Wilson High School, Class of 1950; and St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1953. She practiced nursing at hospitals including St. Luke’s, University of Pennsylvania, Easton, Warren, and the Derasse medical practice, Palmer Twp. Surviving: In addition to her husband, Gilbert, she is survived by a daughter Linda, and sons Ronald and Jeffrey; seven grandchildren: Tyler, Aaron, Arika, Devin, Ellie, Alexander, and Carson. She is also survived by a sister, Doris Sacks, and a brother, Herbert Schutt. Services: A memorial service is planned for a future date.
