Joseph Edward Templeton

Joseph E. Templeton, 80, of Pennsburg passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 8th, 2022. He was the husband of the late Ingrid Templeton for 50 years before her passing in 2016. Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Arthur and Helen (Harkins) Templeton. He served his country honorably in the Army in Germany during the Vietnam War. Joe worked in manufacturing and production for Merck in West Point, PA for over 30 years. He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg and American Legion Post 184 in Palm.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Denise Templeton of Schwenksville; his sons, Derek Templeton of Pennsburg, Christofer Templeton and his wife, Mary Jane, of East Greenville, and Marcus Templeton of Florida; his grandchildren: Corey, Grant, and Lance. He was predeceased by his siblings: Arthur, Maryanne, Helen, Margaret, Miriam, David, and Jude.

All are invited on January 21, 2023, for a service at 11 am at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church with a private interment to follow.
