Joseph Szabo

Joseph John Szabo Sr., 88, of Allentown, passed away July 11, 2016. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Toth) Szabo. Joseph was a Meat Department Manager for the former Pantry Pride/Food Fair for over 20 years before retiring. He was a member of the Fearless and Cetronia Fire Companies; and the Austrian-Hungarian and the Cross Keys Club, all of Allentown. Surviving are children: Joseph Jr., and his wife, Joyce, of Poultney, VT; Jeffrey, and his wife, Betty, of St. John’s, FL; Janice, wife of John Corpora, of Lower Macungie Twp; and James, of Allentown; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Jimmy, Alex, and Tyler. He was pre-deceased by a brother, John. Memorial Services will be at 11 AM on Friday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown. Friends may call from 10-11 AM.
