Joseph Svites

Joseph Svites Jr., 73 of Hellertown, passed away December 15, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospice House. He was the husband of Marlyn (Bennett) Svites, they celebrated 50 years of marriage on January 6th. He was the son of the late Joseph Sr and Mary T. Svites of Hellertown. He is predeceased by his daughter Tina M. Svites and sister Theresa M. Clewell. Joseph served in the US Army and retired from the Bethlehem Steel after 32 years. Survivors: Wife Marlyn; son Joseph III and his wife Susan, of Nashport, OH; daughter Lisa, wife of Joel Sheldon of Northampton; son Edward of Hellertown; grandchildren, Bret and Sara Svites; Madison and Elizabeth Sheldon.
