Jose David Meer

José David Meer, 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025. Born in Sto Tomas, Philippines, he was the son of the late Lazaro and Guadalupe (David) Meer. He was the beloved husband of Carolyn (Kehler) Meer (Kehler) Jose worked for the IRS in Philadelphia. Following that, he enjoyed delivering for Papa John’s in the Warminster and Souderton areas. He loved sports, traveling, family gatherings, music, driving, karaoke & dancing. But most of all, he loved his family!

Along with his wife, José is survived by his children: Jeffrey Meer and his wife Cristy) who live in the Philippines, Jocelyn Rafa and her husband Reyvin of Pennsburg, Jomer Meer and his wife Lailanie of Quakertown, Bernadette Ocampo and her husband Mark Neil of New York, NY, Tammy Lentz and her husband Richard of Lansdale, Tracey Authey and her husband Allen of Hatboro, Janaleen Ruiz and her husband Armando of Warminster, Amy Helton and her husband Darryl of Phoenix, AZ; 19 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; his sisters: Josefina Gablik, Imelda Meer, and Teresita Gabatin; brothers: Rodolfo Meer, Michael Meer, and Eddie Boy Meer. He was predeceased by a sister: Carmelita Perez; and a brother: Humberto Meer.

All are invited to gather with his family for a viewing from 1 – 3 PM on Tuesday, April 8th at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073. There will be a prayer service to begin the gathering at 1 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church with the date and time to be announced.
