John Claude Palmer

John “Jack” Palmer Sr., 93, of Red Hill passed away on Monday, March 6th, 2023. He was the companion of the late Arlene Hambach who passed in 2013. Born in Jamison, Pennsylvania, Jack was one of ten children of the late Claude and Minnie (Smith) Palmer. Jack was a 52-year member of the Doylestown Lodge No. 245, Free and Accepted Masons, and a 75 year member of the Jamison Lodge No. 447, Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

He is survived by his sons: John C. Palmer Jr, and wife his Ann, of Bethlehem, and James T. Palmer, and wife Christine, of Collegeville; his grandchildren: Greg, Jessica, Matthew, Joe, Amy, and Jon; great-grandchildren: Luca, Leo, Lia, and Cecilia; siblings: Margaret Dreyer, Fredrick Palmer and Joyce Murphy; and dear friend: Elizabeth Renner. Jack was predeceased by siblings: Jane O’Connell, Mary Van Pelt, Barbara Cooper, Nancy Palmer, Virginia Palmer and Thomas Palmer.

A memorial service will be Monday, March 13, 2023, 2pm at The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main St., Pennsburg PA 18073. Visitors are welcome to gather beginning at 1pm.
