John L. Horvath, 92, of Fulton Street, Allentown, passed away July 30, 2014. He was the loving husband of Grace M. (Toth) Horvath. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Stephen and Mary Horvath. John was a foreman in the Saucon Plant of the former Bethlehem Steel Co. for 40 years, before retiring. He served his country honorably during WWII under General Patton in Company G of the 358th Infantry, 90th Division, fighting in the Battle of the Bulge. He was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel. Survivors: his wife, a son, John, and his wife, Lisa, of Kutztown; and nieces & nephews. He was pre-deceased by siblings: Frank, Stephen and Louis Horvath, and Mary Smith. Services: will be held privately. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Hellertown, is in charge of arrangements.
